Resort Pacifica has engaged Momentum International Design Associates of New Zealand ( www.modenz.com ) to create a themed community with individually designed "variations on the theme".

All of the new homes are being designed with classic lines, timeless style and reference to Tuscanny and Mediteranean influences. The gardens favour the softer flowing lines of Pacifica.

Like New Zealand itself, it is a gathering of the best from a wide range of influences.

There are many advantages to a uniquely themed residential resort.

Privileges of Resort Pacifica Residency...

All residents of the Resort will enjoy access to the Atrium’s pool, tennis, bowls, gym and cafe. For a reduced fee ($1,000 p.a. + GST, indexed to the C.P.I.) residents may join the Country Club with it’s 18 hole Championship Golf Course and additional facilities.

Our golf course has been established for some seven years and is being continually maintained and improved to a high standard.

The Resort’s Golf Shop serves the needs of a vibrant local golfing community. Future developments include a boutique Hotel-Conference Centre with it’s own pool, tennis, gym, spa, bowls and restaurant.

We are also blessed with close proximity to Katikati, a vibrant rural community and Tauranga and Mount Maunganui, all noted for their beauty, prosperity and wide range of activities and interests.

One last point to note, our first offering of building sites is very moderately priced for a golf resort setting and values in the area are amongst the nations fastest moving.

Lead designer, Chris Brauchli, worked extensively in the practical side of building before working exclusively in design.

This has lead to a design philosophy where form follows function and 3D visualization is used to ensure that client, designer and builder all see the same picture.

Overseas experience is that property values improve and the overall affect is enhanced by the synergy and absence of conflict in design themed communities.

You may have noticed this in European towns where clay tile roofs, textures and materials combine to create a unique ambience, attracting visitors from around over the globe with their timeless quality. Where a themed community adjoins a golf course, values are even further improved.

Special care has also been taken to avoid the pitfalls of recent building styles and materials and keep to proven, long-standing practices. Resort Pacifica’s materials are both durable and timeless. Solid sandstone plaster finish on keyed render-brick, terracotta clay tile roofing and detailing with tile, timber and stone. The use of eaves, sensible ventilation, bitumenous rubber membranes and our exclusive Building Warrant of Fitness Inspections combine to protect our resort, and your investment.

Our design team includes Architectural, Landscape, Kitchen, Bathroom and Interior Designers. Design / documentation fees have been kept down and the massive buying power of the project has enabled the designers to access to a wide range of quality materials and fittings which are being provided to homeowners on a cost-plus basis, creating significant savings.

What about existing dwellings?

Seen above is the first renovation design for one of the eight existing buildings, built before the Pacifica Design theme was established.

And this is the same house before our Designers did the makeover.

The re-designing of these homes is planned to take place alongside the building of the new residences, to complete the overall affect and add value to the original dwellings. .
